Alimentos como las almendras, pistaches o nueces, la avena, el aguacate, la leche descremada, naranjas y tés como el negro y de flores ayudan a regular las hormonas del estrés como el cortisol, ayudando a bajar los niveles de ansiedad y por lo tanto dejarnos más tranquilas y de un mejor humor. Así que no te vayas por papas o pastelitos e intenta cuando empieces a sentir esa angustia de comer estos alimentos, te sentirás mucho mejor.
3. Ten un hobby
Ya sea que te guste leer, pintar, ver películas, ir a museos, etc., es importante tomarnos un tiempo aunque se una vez por semana para realizar algo que nos inspire y nos haga olvidar cualquier preocupación. Busca algo que incluso puedas realizar en tu casa o antes de dormir para que puedas descansar al 100% al estar completamente relajada.
4. Conéctate con la naturaleza
Sal a caminar, andar en bici o a pasear a tu perro en algún parque, esto te ayudará a despejar tu mente, trata de no estar pendiente del celular y mejor escucha música para que realmente puedas tener ese tiempo para ti.
5.Pasa tiempo con tus amigos y familia
El estar con las personas que queremos automáticamente nos ayuda a bajar los niveles de ansiedad y estrés por lo que salir con tus amigas aunque sea 2 veces a la semana hará que te diviertas y relajes, así que traten de poner como regla verse ciertos días y olvidarse de todo.
6. Ritual de fin de semana
Cada fin de semana tomate un tiempo antes de ir a dormir para darte un baño de burbujas, leer algún buen libro, escuchar música, etc., sin olvidar apagar el celular. Puedes usar esencias que ayudan a relajarnos como el jazmín o la lavanda, hay varias presentaciones las cuales incluso vienen en spray para que puedas rociarlas en tu almohada, notarás lo bien que descansas.
