El viernes pasado fue la pasarela de la nueva colección A/W 16-17 de Dior en Cour Carrée, me pareció un suspiro cargado de emoción y fuerza con la elegancia que caracteriza a la firma. El montaje de la pasarela fue como siempre espectacular, inspirado en las esculturas de Anish Kapoor, había un espejo enorme en la entrada que reflejaba el Museo de Louvre, simplemente indescriptible; en el fondo de la pasarela también había espejos los cuales daban la sensación de infinito, como si fuera un túnel del tiempo acompañado de un soundtrack en el cual podías escuchar “time, time, time” en portugués, la cual me encanto.

Tras la salida de Raf Simons sin aún nombrar a un director creativo, estuvo a cargo de los jefes de estudio Lucie Meier y Serge Ruffieux, quienes hicieron un buen trabajo en este periodo en que la casa esta en espera de un nuevo director. Regresando a los básicos de la firma como es el negro y la chamarra estilo bar con un enfoque más joven y menos rígido, las siluetas al cuerpo le dieron una dirección sensual pero muy elegante en vestidos, faldas lápiz y abrigos que fueron de mis favoritos con cuellos envolventes. Algunos estampados, aplicaciones de flores, olanes y prendas off shoulders fue lo que predomino en la colección. La sorpresa sin duda fue el uso de knitwear en formas interesantes dentro de los diferentes abrigos.

Los accesorios se destacaron como siempre, los zapatos con un estilo boyish en flats y tacones con diferentes texturas fueron una propuesta muy cool. Los lentes de forma redonda un poco cerrados en lo laterales me gustaron mucho. En bolsas pudimos ver diferentes propuestas en tamaños y formas con combinación de texturas. Con aretes de aros por la parte superior de la oreja le dieron más fuerza a los looks.

El peinado fue sencillo recogido hacía atrás con un maquillaje muy natural resaltando solo los labios en un tono casi negro.

Creo lograron realizar una colección inteligente, con prendas atractivas y fáciles de usar; seguiremos en la espera de la siguiente colección en la que se tenga al nuevo diseñador en mando y conocer la nueva visión de Dior.

I really liked the round shaped sunglasses slightly closed at the sides.  For the bags we could see different proposals in sizes and shapes with a combination of textures. With earrings hoops at the top of the ear gave more strength to the looks.

Simple hairstyle was pulled back with a very natural makeup highlighting only the lips in an almost pitch black .

I think they managed to make a smart collection, with alluring and easy to use garments; we will be looking forward for the next collection in which they have the new head designer and know the new vision of Dior.
